Treatment of Severe class I bimax with Mini implants

Here we have posted a pic of a treated case, it was a sever class I bimax, discrepancy of about 28 mm. Titanium mini implants of 1.2 X 8 mm were used in all four quadrants and also in mid maxilla for intrusion of anteriors. This case would have gone for orthognathic surgery but for the use of microimplant
